Supported Languages for Translation
SpeakerView’s translation feature is built on Apple’s on-device Translation framework. Every language below is translated entirely on your iPhone — no internet connection is needed once the language has been downloaded once, and your speech text is never sent to any server. See What Data Does SpeakerView Collect?.

First-time use requires Wi-Fi
Downloading a language model for the first time requires Wi-Fi (roughly 50–200 MB depending on the language). After that first download, translation into that language works completely offline. See Translation Isn’t Working if you run into trouble.
